Having
trouble logging in? URS
will be able to supply you with your original login name and a new password
after you have entered the email address you provided when you registered.
If you have changed your email address since you registered and have not
updated it on our site, please email support with the following:
- Include your iLok
user ID
- Your old email
address
- Your new email
address
to retrieve your
login and password. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused
but it is a security precaution to prevent others from gaining access to
your account.

you for the
